if you go to reverse software engineering help and support i have left a message about
downloading the viewer and essays. i cant open the viewer. in the file location box of the open dialogue box of my mswindows98 i type "viewer" and get an error message saying incorrect name or path. when i have typed unzipped/viewer which seems correct. i also get a file extension htz which i dont understand so i cant open. Q1
Q2 when i do get it open how do i use it to view the tutorials. i tried to open 1 tutorial but couldnt read it because another error message said it didnt exist. can you please help me to get started.

Hi Marmora,

Once you've fire up the A1viewer choose the *.HTZ file to load and once you have loaded. Click on the logo (you will know that you're on top of the logo when the mouse cursor changes to a pointing hand). And you'll be able to read the tutorials.
