I can only find V4.5 PatchEngine in Chinese language. Can anybody tell me where I can find the English version please?

Could you be a bit more specified? There are more than twenty programs calling themself PatchEngine, and some of them may be version 4.5.

The only one I know of is PatchEngine 4.4 by ArthaXerXes, which can't be chinese since he's from France.
As far as I know it hasn't been released as 4.5 yet.

Yes, PatchEngine 4.5 by ArthaXerXes is the one I want and he said himself it has been released on his webpage, but i cannot reach it. The Chinese version may have been a hack.

I didn't know it was released. Now I know.
I've found only one page with Google containing and link to 4.4 and telling 4.5 is available at his homepage.
I can't reach it either at the moment.

In some other posts he mentioned that he was having trouble with his server and that the only way to reach him is via private messages on the board. You could contact him directly & ask for it.

Version 4.5 :

- improved memory management.
- improved speed.
- added "disable unpatching" feature. Smaller patches, but you need a backup to revert changes...
- added "Analyze" function used to determine if it is worth or not to create a patch.
