hi, everybody! I have a programme protected by modified crypkey software of mpsiii.exe ,this progamme can be used 15 days in demo version, when activiated,it will randomisedly produce many 8 or 4 byes files in different directory in driver c:,thereafter this programme can not be used in demo version whatever you delete the 8 bye files or not ,and I think it must have other marks ,but I can't find it .
I have searched all cracking website ,and there isn't one essay or tutorial about cracking progamme protected by modified crypkey of mpsiii.exe.
THank you for any help!!!

Sounds like standard Crypkey program
Crypkey can be set for any trial period length
Crypkey creates those bloody 4k files all over the harddisk
Easiest way is to register the program via the SITECODE/AUTHORISATION CODE system.
Of course this isn't a crack request

This is a crack request. Go somewhere else for crack requests.
I will answer you anyway but you will need to do some work anyway.
Odds are that the level/options are incorrect for the authocode you generated.
If you want more questions answer you will need to show you have done some homework and not just used a off the shelf key generator.

Thank you for your informative poster,Dear Mr peterg70,I have got the application's Masterkey userkey, using ckinfo.exe I got the password, but after adding neccessary information in the configration and also in the skw.ini mannually, and adding sitecode and click check, the skw.exe says"the sitecode you entered is from another company.you can only generate unlock keys for you company's applications." would you please tell me how I deal with this ? you also said in order to get the right license key ,level and option must be gotten, what should I do in order to get them? when I set command "bpx get_level" in the trw2000,it said "sytax error or undefined symbols" . I am a very very newbie ,hope you counld give me more help.
Thank you for any help !!!

bpx is a softice command. It is a debugger that lets you step through code to watch what it is telling the computer to do.
Before you answer this, go read the FAQ.

to accept get_option, get_authorization, get_RTT, get_Sitecode, etc you need export dll, cryp95xx.dll into your debugger, i have try to get option and level from sice but this dont is called, then your metod is bad, need check algoritm of crypkey functions to get option level

I am offended by this statement

I don't see any smiley faces or anything so I assume you mean it.
My defence your honor.
Firstly : Conduct a search on this board and see what I have contributed to the discussions on the subject.
Secondly : If you examine my previous answer above you will see it is inline with this boards policy regarding "DON'T ask for cracks" and "Show us you have tried to do something"
Correct me if I am wrong
Thirdly : I don't remember you asking for anything although I could be mistaken. You could have been one of the many who asked "send everything you have on crypkey" or "send me unpacked and patched skw.exe". You are then correct that I don't help those people.
I rest my case
The verdict
UP YOURS MATE
Yours faithfully

To set breakpoints on get_option, etc. you may have to break at the thunk function in cryp95e.dll. Step into it until you get into the 16-bit crypkey dll, then scroll around and set breakpoints on the functions you want. You'll have to make note of the addresses from your disassembly of the 16-bit dll.
From there it's much like cracking a dongle. Trace and examine dead listings to see what the app wants for the various options and the level.

glasha - You are, of course, entitled to whatever personal opinion of other members and guests that you chose to hold, but it is a violation of the spirit, and the policy, of this forum to make personal attacks upon others here. We hope to keep this as a place where people can discuss RCE issues without giving in to the need to puff one's self up by belittling others. Unfortunately this is a practice which seems to be the preferred method on some other forums. Simple civility is not hard to manage when one remembers that the battle is supposed to be with the code, not each other.
No one here is obligated to help anyone else, they do it because it is their wish to do so. Many come here, and to other forums, seeking a packaged solution, rather than guidance or a point in the right direction. Those with the skills to share are not here to do the learning and the work for us, but to help us learn how to do it ourselves.
Peterg70 was following forum policy is asking email123 to show that he was seeking more than a crack request. This is usually done by showing what one has already done with the project and explaining where one is stuck. Often the "search" button can be of great help in learning about one's target of choice. As peterg70 stated, use of this button on "cryptkey" issues would have disclosed that he has been very helpful and a contributor to the discussion and analysis of this protection system.
We will all learn more if the discussion avoids personal attack which provokes defensive replies and/or counter-attacks, and we focus on the code and methods of attacking and understanding it.
As Woodmann would say: Peace!
Regards.
