I am unable open http://zor.org/krobar for krobar tutes, while launching this URL my ISP firewall interrupting. How to bypass firewall banner of ISP? Is any tools/utilities available to bypass firewall?

I dont know what you are using for a browser.

In IE go to tools then internet options.
use a proxy like 195.171.209.195
set the port to 8080

Another way is to input a proxy directly into
your browser address bar, or you could go to
anonymizer first then zor.org

You may have to try a few proxy's to get it to work.
Why would they have zor.org blocked anyway?

If the firewall is scanning for offensive words (ie. like porn) this is probably the reason.
