Who knows how to rip out some prog protected wth the last Armadillo? As it doesn't create temp files, where can be got a virgin proggie, like it was before?

There is a search button on the forums. You apparently still haven't used it. There is a great deal of information about your favorite protector in that search form and several members, including me, have referred you to places to get more knowledge. Have you taken the time to do that or do you just want someone to hold your hand through the latest release of Armadillo and GIVE you the answer. You have already had a long post under the title of "three questions" which suggests that either your understanding of the concepts still needs work or you aren't understanding the help you are getting from the guys who play with this stuff alot. Read some more, study some more and try things yourself and then ask focused questions.
