Had a request from a lawyer in califorinia...
wasn't quite sure about that either but for
legal reasons.......anyone have any opinions about how legal sandman's disclaimer is in this country.....???

Everything on there is printed with authors permission. The software is freeware or shareware with limitations intact.

Hardcopies of information also seems to have different standards than online. If I wrote a book about how to make a homemade nuclear warhead, it would get catalogued in the Library of Congress...the worst that would happen is some bad press.....but if I post it on the web, the space provider would most likely delete it it / and or there would be the threats/reality of lawsuits by various orginizations.

I think the absolute worst that would happen is some overpaid legal eagle would order us to cease & desist (hehe like that would happen)

I do just like to joke about it....but I don't think many serious computer users use AOL, much lss serious reversers LOL
