Yes folks at winbeta.org they have seemed to get every leaked build and build 1106 of winxp sp1 is now gold. I just downloaded it. I am wondering how SP1 will be in respect to Driverstudio and Softice. Any information is appreciated. Until then I uninstall it all and dont put it back on until the OK message. Cuz I cant afford to have this computer messed.

Actually I installed it and just used sice last nite w/no problems. I installed most of the updates when they came out and had no probs. You just have to change your key though. hehe....

Well now that I can get it from Microsoft Premier Download I decided to get it. It actually was identical to the leaked version byte for byte but hey if Microsofts version messed my computer up they are liable better safe than sorry . Not like the giant cares they have a legal department larger than most small business sizes most likely hehe.

Anyway with SP1 yes Driverstudio 2.6 works and *gasp* my computer didnt lock up on boot. Thats honestly why I was afraid eheh. Well of course now I need new symbols which I will wait a week or so on. And hey DriverStudio 2.6 doesnt work still too. Some things dont change. The exports are still resolved to wrong addresses losing the high order word and the selector is messed. I wish I could get my hands on 2.7.....

Maybe we could start a project to reverse DS 2.6 and find out why it is mishandling exports and patch it . It would be in the Softice load code. I am not going to hold my breath on 2.7 or 3.0 because it seems for once the community has a lack of caring about the tool or it would be floating already. Numega is not Datarescue. They dont try as hard.
