Do you even know what the tools are? Judging from your question it seems like you have little concept. DriverStudio is for driver development and has several utilities with it and most notably SoftIce which is all I would say 90% of the people browsing this and like forums use. Hence Softice Driver Suite the cut down version is perfectly adequate. It should work with anything on an IA-32 Windows platform and Numega tells you what versions of Windows are supported. They actually bundle along the latest DOS and Windows 3.1 SoftIce too which is quite handy if you ever for some odd reason need to go back to those. DevPartner is specifically designed for Visual Studio on the other hand and note you did not specify versions even. I believe they have seperate DevPartner versions to support other platforms such as Borland. Some versions support VS 6.0 others VS.NET I believe they are backward compatible though. So in conclusion: better to look around Numega's web site than ask a foolish question here.
