howdy partners,
i used to run SICE 4.05 under win2000. everything went fine till i installed service pack 1 yesterday. now whenever i press ctrl-d to pup up softice it does pop up, but without showing anything to me. i cant see the softice window- the screen freezes untill i press ctrl-d again. iīm sure it runs correctly (cause x; also works to return desktop control) but it just doesnīt show up... strange, anyone else have this problem ? i didnīt try to uninstall sp1 yet, cause iīd like to find another way around it...

share your thoughts with me

so long,

solved it - woohoo

i tried to reinstall sp1 which didnīt work. then i tried installing sp1-network version (the 100mb thing from microsoft). it behaved like no service pack was installed yet and after installation SICE runs smoothly again

tho i didnt need it: very thx for your winice.dat man.

hiya +Splaj,

Wanna explain why your macros look so funny ?

Yeh, this is a strange one . The macros don't look like this in a text editor ................

But those 'cool smokin dudes' sure look after any attempts at debugger detection in WinNT4/5 very well ;D
