What is the best tool for searching for values in a program's memory? The only good one I know is TSearch, but even that is limited sometimes.

WinHex isn't anything like TSearch. TSearch lets you search for a value in memory, then change the value in the application, then search for the new value by setting conditions like "value has decreased" ..etc (as a process of filtering the results till you get the address you want).

If you wanted a tool to cheat in games, why didn't you just say so? :P
Search the net, they're not hard to find.

WinHack has many features, and I also like GenTrain. Both let you do multi-step comparative searches.
