Please help me with this problem I am having. I am using win2k build 2195 with Services pack 1 and I am having a serious problem with w32dasm. Everytime I set a breakpoint or try view API call info, the system closes the app and w32dasm. This was not the case in win2k release candidate 2 so I am sure that anyone using it will also have the same problems.
If you have any Idea about where to start looking for the resolution, I would be pleased if you could let me know.
Have fun.

The only solution I found with this is to reboot into Windows98.

Thanks for the info. The problem I have is that duel boot will work but there are apps that do not run on anything else but win2K. I have looked at every registry key, every debug setting available and nothing. There is something that is not working the way it should. I never had a problem with NT systems.
I think that M$ has placed some sort of anti-debug things in their win2k code as the W32dasm only closes when you try seeing info from system API calls. If the info is from the applications function calls, then there is no problem. Also, if you try reading the info in the registers, it closes.
Very strange. If any of the realy experienced people are reading this, your help would be great.
Thanks
