Well, the first thing to do is have a look at the code in something like UltraEdit and see if it's packed, and if so, unpack it. Then disassemble it.

From what you say about TCL/TK - Is this a Unix or Linux program we are talking about?

the installation is excute by a script language writed in tcl/tk

In that case, look through the script file and see what you can find.
