I'm just curious, which other messageboards related to reversing/cracking or similar subjects do all the people on this board visit?

Don't be shy, I want to know about all of them. Please include a link and a short description about the board (like what you think is "the best part" about that particular messageboard, pros and cons, and other general info).

Here's an example from me, to get you started:

The Win32ASM community (http://board.win32asmcommunity.net)
Main topic is Win32 assembly programming of all kinds. Originally started in connection to Iczelion's win32asm website I think. It contains the "Official support forums" for several great win32asm products like Hutch's MASM32 package, FASM and the RadASM IDE. Frequented by many very skilled and knowledgeable people. They don't allow anything remotely related to cracking, viruses and such though, but as long as you put the questions in a neutral and purely technical way it's an incredibly good resource anyway.

EXETools forum (http://www.exetools.com/forum)
Centered around cracking, but with main purpose of informing about and distributing reversing tools/software/tutorials. Not very picky about legal issues, because they are located in China (still English language on the board though, except for some single Chinese subforum I think). Frequented by many people from this board, and JMI is a moderator there too.

Something like that, now please submit your own tips and recommendations!

RCE board, wide range of topics, my favourite being the Crypto愀 Cocktail Lounge. I don't visit it very often, although it does seem to have some frequent posters. I don't know why, but I just prefer this board and Exetools. Maybe it's a time related thing - I never do have enough time for board browsing.

Hutch--'s Win32asm Forum. Same rules as the Win32asmboard mostly all the same same same... Except different names for the forums and a special forum for Powerbasic.

Carpathia's and Mammons board... Home of the REKML Reverse Engineering Knowledge Mailing List. Board is still being visited. Haven't heard of any recent REKML.

Well, besides my email and http://www.reallifecomics.com all my daily checkup pages are listed now

correct. The board started with some very good ppl, now it starts to fill with off-topic and newbies. We will change this within the next months. More quality, better ppl.
But it was never meant to be a concurrence for this board. It was thought only to be a help for the crackmes site and REA. No excuse, only some explanations

i disagree with your statment:
> More quality, better ppl

Does the "better people" thing mean that new registers will have to pass a test before being alllowed to post?

@evaluator:

misunderstanding. With quality I mean more RCE posts than useless OffTopic posts (we made a statistics and we saw that most posts are offtopic). And we will clean redundant posts which discuss always the same and answer always the same topic. better ppl stands for more interested ppl in RCE and fewer ppl just registering to ask "I need crack for...".

@Zero: you don't have to defend/justify your MessageBoard,
whoEver wants to use/discuss in it will.
my guess is that they (elite? ...) will not participate in your MB since it does not have as stated above (elite ...) members, but than in other hand the board is used to aid/help beginners at REA so why would they?

buttom line, use what you like & gives you knowledge or mabye fun but that aint the main point of the board
