I guess they mention it because it's such a "high profile" system that has been keygenned, just like the fuss about when they broke the MS activation system.
Anyway, I can't understand how a company as skilled and resourceful as Symantec can produce an activation system that can be keygenned at all. Since most of their high-profile applications are dependent on constant updates over the internet, they could easily make a completely waterproof system, safe from both keygenning and key-leakage.
Oh well, I shouldn't be complaining I guess, I really like their products, so I'll gladly be using the 2004 versions of them too.
