Well, finally I got SoftICE to work, I had to load it on my laptop and it has win2000 on it and my father wouldn't let me load 98 on it, so I'm stuck wif NTIce. Now, the problem comes when I set up a BPX at a function. I was just testing it out, and set a BPX at GetSystemTime and f5'd and went over to the clock, double clicked, and nothing. Softice didn't break. So I assume that it is because 2000 (or NT for that matter) has different function names for all these things, or I thought that it could be that I haven't loaded the proper files, so that could be a solution. Other than that, I'm stuck. Any help would be wonderful. thanks!

Which version of Softice is it? Search the board for info about context sensitive breakpoints in recent Softice versions...

Yep, Context Sensitive Breakpoints. The names of the functions have not changed. You're in for a real treat
