hi,
Does anybody have an essay on that? I have a FlexLM 8.4a target that I want to crack.
Request for Tools of the Trade Removed. I am a darn n00b at reverse engineering.
The target is linked to the following functions in lmgrd8c.dll:
lp_checkin
lp_checkout
lp_errstring
lp_heartbeat
The license format is the following:
FEATURE Win32_XXXXX_Limited xxxxxxxx 5.5 12-mar-2004 uncounted \
000000000000 HOSTID=ANY START=26-Feb-2004
FEATURE Win32_XXXXX_Unlimited xxxxxxxx 5.5 12-mar-2004 uncounted \
000000000000 HOSTID=ANY START=26-Feb-2004
I found out the FlexLM version it was using via lmutil. I have no idea which of the tutorials work, since I don't have the SDK. What other SDKs would work in the above scenario?
If you could kindly provide any pointers on this, I would truly appreciate it.
