I think he means it's the other way around now, i.e. referring back to "here" once again, instead of "there"

Well, it's been in my subconscious for quite a while, I think those dreams of midgets riding unicycles were brought on from it (or, um, that was seeing Happy Gilmore too much). Seems it finally surfaced so I decided to post it as part of my therapy.
