Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has attempted to re-write or change the seed Code (Pass 1 and Pass2) on a Hasp 4 Dongle?
And can it be done?
If not, would it be possible to replace the chip, but if l do that, would it be possible to write my own seed code to it?

I have heard from people who insist that it can be done.
However I am sure that there is a fuse on that die which if blown,
could prevent this from being done.

I believe this is true aswell... What l had been thinking is to now do, is to replace the chip, and write my seed code. Is there such a program or hardware that you know off that is ready avaliable to get hold off to do this.

The chip is a custom asic and cannot be purchased.
Because nobody would sell it to you.

Emulation is the only real way.

USB's may be able to be reprogrammed in the way that you speak,
however, I have not encountered anyone who has managed to do so.
