SAM2004CN:

This is not the way we do things here. You are not supposed to post the link to the target and then ask someone to do the work for you. You need to read the FAQ. All you've done is try someone else's tool and failed. There are many, many threads here on unpacking Asprotect protected files, including a good tutorial by LaBBA. Use the search button at the top of the Forums and enter "aspr and unpacking," without the quote marks.

It appears that you, also, failed to read the FAQ and the statement under your signature before you revived this two year old Thread. You have failed to tell us what YOU have done, other than a quick search here for tuts on this older version of asprotect.

Go back and actually read the FAQ and follow it's directions. One of the first things it will tell you is to search "on the net" as well as here before you ask such question.

I just tried a quick google search with "ASProtect 1.2x - 1.3x [Registered] and unpacking" (without the quotes) and got 48 hits in various languages that you should have checked out before posting your question. There are also various links at the bottom of these pages, including ARTeam, where you should have looked first.

This packer is two years old, I'd be quite surprised if it hadn't been unpacked yet (which it obviously has)
