Anyone know anything about softwarekey.com protection?

I have an app that uses a file called key32lbe.dll but can't see where this gets called in softice.

License executable has two user codes(automatically generated) that seem to be computer dependent. Then there are two codes it requires as well as a serial number. I was thinking it uses the two user codes in conjunction with the serial number to somehow generate the other two required keys.
