There are a lot of resources for writing device drivers, from dedicated sites to books to source snippets, most can be easily found while doing beginning research and I could probably list a page of bookmarks, but here's one I hadn't stumbled on before that might be useful. Some information might be outdated though as it was written for Windows NT 3.1, but in general may still be relevant.
