Hi,
I am trying to generate the correct vendor string for a L-Cable/DA 8.6NT flex license. I have compiled a working lmcrypt. I have read Amantes two flex essays and I have been trying to find the lc_set_attr call in my target exe/dll but without success. I have disassembled the lc.exe, da.exe, lmgr's, pcls, etc. without seeing where the encryption routine is. Any help on how to hunt it? I am new to wdasm and sice, so please be simple. Thanks.
The exes/dlls are at 211.50.11.3/<1sp>/LC86/2.zip
