As the title!Now I can't change date back when run some software which use flexlm.What can i do?Maybe reinstall OS can resolve this probelm.

Yes, but isn't a elegant solution.
Flexlm will check various properties of many files in your system. Maybe other way is change all properties's date of all your files but again isn't a elegant solution.
