I don't know if this is the right place to ask this but I'm going to try it out any how. I have Windows 98 and Videotron which is a cable host i got. How come I can't connect to telnet? I give it the host name and it say can't connect, why? I thought maybe i could crack into my own system. Is my 98 telnet difforent to Windows 95 Telnet version? Is there a programe like Netcat for windows 98? Sorry had alot on my mined. Hope you guys help me out.
