Hi box,
Well, it's probably Packed/Encrypted with some kind of Packer/Encrypter
You can try to Manually Unpack it or find out what the Packer/Encrypter is.
Look on Protools.cjb.net for i think the name was Language2000 and/or GetType.
Then search for some Unpacker for it, but i prefer Manually Unpacking
