Hi all.
I remembered a tool that saved me lots of time in the 80's. It took me longer to remember its name but I did
. Maybe some of you have come across it.
It was called VIM. Not the Linux one. It was a virtual machine emulator that showed up before Softice did and supported DOS. It really beat trying to skip over interrupt vector corruption using DOS's Debug.
Anyway, I found a page by the guy who wrote it and it has links to the program and source code.
Maybe it will have something useful there for some people.
It's not commercial software so I guess posting the link is fine.
