I've discovered a big bug in TRW2000 and
want to make a patch for it
have anybody analysed TRW2000 reversely
it seems impossible to find liutaotao now

He is in charge of his small software company. He doesn't want to release the source of TRW for Win9X. and the development of TRW for Win2K stopped long time ago.

Why don't you describe the bug and how you might make a patch for it. An open discussion of such a thing is what this forum is for. Be aware though that you must be accurate and technical in what you post for it to be of any use or consequence. Look for posts by 'dion' for existing TRW reversing.
