This is trully a shame ! I can't and I think I'll never understand such "so called hackers" which are only bothering and making people sad.

Win32asm was (and I hope will be) a great community with many great coders and people who just want to learn. Many of the users from this forum will maybe not going to the hutch forum...

This is a great lost. I just hope Harold (Hiroshimator) will not give up and soon make a rebirth of the forum.

This makes me sad. I haven't enough words to qualify such action...

Read on Hutch's forum that Harold has a good up-to-date backup of the entire database. Hutch has also requested that anyone at his forum who is willing and capable assist in the restoration of the win32asm forum. Hopefully the down time won't be too long. Nothing like a good house wrecking to prompt a little house cleaning. Maybe this is an opportunity to improve upon what previously existed. (Just trying to make some lemonade from the lemons).

Damn It's a nightmare keeping any kind of interactive (forum, cms etc) system on the net anymore. My site regularly gets hit with the same automated scanning tools looking for forum/cms vulns...

They really should switch to VBulletin or something, phpBB always has major hacks, I grabbed a hack from securityfocus once and was able to hack in to about 75% of the forums my friend visited for the game Raven Shield (clan forums, etc), and was able to SQL inject / capture / crack a lot of passwords. Even made my own admin accounts
