He means search for the tool yourself, like it says in the title to the Tools of the Trade Forum:

Do not ask where to get the Tools of our Trade. Do not even think about asking for them..

Yes, google is the tool, there is no magic involved here. The question would better be, What aspect of PM do you want to look at? Hell, Sysinternals is full of tools to explore many aspects of how the system is structured under protected mode. What are you interested in?

If you don't know exactly, then your question is much too early in your studies.
