I think I made enough efforts and I gave up

1. What is the problem....
I'm trying to crack an ebook but when I unpack it (UPX) it doesn't load the html files.

2. What is the protection.....
Password protection, UPX packing, some otherthing thab CRC32 that after unpacking it I forced the CRC32 using a plugin with PEID but nothing happened

3. What tools are you using....
OllyDbg, PEID, Win32DASM.

4. What tutorials have you read....
I'm Using the usual cracking methods, and I cracked two ebooks protection schemes before, but this method is new.

5. Show your output listing WITH comments....
my output that a messagebox "cannot read archieve" and the ebook loaded in empty page, I tried to download the program itself to check the protection scheme but it is old that I didn't found it on the net (it is version 4 and the available now is version 10 !!!!)

6. NOW ask your question....
Is there any method to cheat the ebook other than the CRC32 changing?
did anyone here tried to crack ebooks (share the knowledge using PMs because of the rules not to say any program name here).
