Since he failed to read and follow the instruction in the FAQ to use the Search Button at the top of the Forums, let's not make his lazy life too easy.

Sorry that I deleted my post but I found it I went to "Members" and found Manko then "all posts" of him. That way I found topic "Asprotect Debugger". But I couldn't find that topic via "Search". Strange... why?

Hum. Perhaps you noticed, while trying to type "asportect debugger" in the Search box that it exceeds the maximum length of the Search term currently set in the admin control panel.

And, of course psunlock violated our Rule about "asking for tools of the trade" here and by failing to search the Forums himself, not to mention he called it an "aspr unpacker" when it's really a "debugger." They psunlock was apparently sufficiently ungrateful to complain when someone giving him a tool he actually asked for, rather than the one he "wanted."

But, oh well. Obviously psunlock, apparently, does not feel bound by our Rules.

A word to the wise psunlock, if you are wise, don't proceed in this manner again or that damn JMI will probably jump all over you. Fortunately for you, your Post arrived while he was spending most of his time trying to get a group of computers working properly and, at that particular moment, he didn't have sufficient time to devote to emasculating your young hide..... but he does now.

Very strange, it seems the board will not pick up the phrase "asprotect debugger" even in an advanced search. The rest of the search "logic" seems to work OK, multi-word, wild card searches of thread titles *will* pick up correct threads.

Searching for "asprotect de*" under Search Titles for example will give hits for "asprotect" + decompressor, deprotector, dev, demo, ...
but NOT "debugger",
even though there are 2 threads that match that title criteria. (How do I know? Use the CHM file search feature!)

There was a significant decrease in the size of the postindex sql table when we recently changed to the new version of VBulletin, though I have no idea why, - it may have affected the search capability since the function is dependant on that sql table.
