My new tool is up. In this last two months I had not much work to do and since I needed distraction I programmed a little bit. It's a PE Editor with full support for PE64. You can download it from:

I'm aware that the resource viewer doesn't support all the sections yet, but I'm not in the mood of programming in this period, so I decided to release it anyway. The fields in yellow are special, you can modify them by selecting one and pressing Ctrl+Space.
