By the way, is there any software I can use to real time debug pocket pc application and set breakpoint in the apps like Softice in windows?

you can start by looking at www.kaos.net. I have written 3 tuts on this topic
you can find them by searching the board. If you prefer a book try"Security warriors"from Dr peikari it has one chapter dedicated to ppc reversing.
For debugging you can use the visual studio debugger.

i am currently starting with the latter topic, on WINCE 2003.

I recommend to search this board with WINCE and WINDOWS CE and you will have plenty usefull things to read. We might start to share first insight by pm, if you like and we have some identical interests.
