Hello.

I cant find any information about the new safedisc API used in alot of games
like: the sims 2, nascar, Cricket 2005 (Custom) and Dragonshard

I have reversed it alot, and since itīs a library that the developers using before the safedisc protection is added itīs realy hard to understand how it works. I have spended alot days on it. Maybe someone of you guys knows how it works more exactly or can give me some ideas? Only thing I know is that its calling another dll that changing registers depended on where in the game its called from. Someone said to me that best way todo it is to emulate the functions, anyone knows?

Thanks for your time!

No target names allowed... please read the FAQ...

We usually allow names of generic protection schemes, like e.g. SafeDisc. And as long as no target specific code is mentioned from the individual examples of games that was mentioned to have this protection above, it's ok.
