Well, maybe you are dense. Maybe not.

Did you look at his file? It contains a test application and an Ollydbg script which is supposed to work on "Armadillo V4.0-V4.4.Standard.Protection.osc". It finds the OEP, or is supposed to, when faced with "standard protection" or "standard protection + debug blocker."

What else do you want to know? Fly's English is not very strong, but he is a pretty good unpacker and cracker of Armadillo products. He and heXer have released several cracked Custom builds on exetools (which is down at the moment.).

I guess I am dense! I'm familiar with Fly, but I wasn't sure if this post was actually by him, I don't as a matter of policy download files to figure out what a poster is trying to ask. As for Arma scripts I've had verrry mixed results with them.

It is ALWAYS good to be VERY CAUTIOUS of downloading anything. I, however, recognized fly's avatar, style, and signature from the exetools forum (with the help of the Systran Translator), have a pretty good firewall, anti-virus program, and do not surf the web on my main business computer.

JMI,

Here's what the problem was on my machine at home I have no Oiental character sets installed - so what I see now is Fly's sig showed up as a row of question marks, and true to the idiot I am, I assumed this was some form of question - not much of an explanation - but that plus the fact that I got up on the wrong side f the bed this morning - is all the excuse I have - I'm deleting my stupid posts, hopefully Fly took no offense.

Should be no problem! Life is too short. Don't sweat the small stuff.

The Systran translation of the Chinese characters is usually fairly poor. In this case it translates as:

Grass raincape smoke rain... ... No matter what always!

But I can see that the Chinese characters are the same ones that fly uses on exetools (at least when it is up and running).

I always heard it as "Don't Sweat the Petty Stuff ---- Just Pet the Sweaty Stuff.
