Ok...I've tried downloading SoftIce from all 3 of Hambo's sites...2 of them I was able to download the files, but they were all the same and weren't the full program...the other one I couldn't get to at all.

Are there any other sites that have SoftIce for download?

I downloaded it from this site only a few days ago, no problem!
