Is there an option in the ini that is similiar to th ARTteam ini that can cause the jump not jump when enabled to change colors when it jumps or stays grey when it doesn't? They are using red and I prefer a different value. Does anyone know if the olly.exe needs modification or is it an ini thing?

Not sure if I missed it in the ini, but I'd like to make the change.

Under Options -> Appearance you can change this colour. It's listed as 'Highlighted Text'. Of course, expect side-effects.
The fact that the the settings lump this line colour in with that of anything else that's highlighted suggests you'll have a tough time REing the exe to separate the cases.

Yep that was it, I should have enabled a jump command to see it. Works as desired now
