MSI is noT INSTALLSHIELD product. Its actually an acronym. It stands for (are you ready...?):

Microsoft - Software - Installer

(Yup, this is the NEW installation format in which ALL further microsoft products shall be distributed).

I guess they found out that Installshield was making better money than them in this installer market.

Hmmm...You can get it free if you install Office 2000. Actually, it'll probably be free on the MS site.
