Hello!
I want to crack a popular dvd software player. First of all program checks for debugger activity. I use Olly and HideDebugger plugin solves it. But when I put bpx on whatever location inside dll, which looks interesting Olly breaks but crashes.

Any suggestions?

Ps. PEiD shows no packer/crypter.

So it's crashing on "breakpoint detection". Well DUH! Hello! Does that suggest anything to YOU???

How about YOU tell US what YOU have researched about anti-debugger tricks used against breakpoints for Olly? HuH???

How about putting something OBVIOUS in you favorite search engine, such as:

"breakpoint detection + Ollydbg" (without the quotes) I got 501 hits and/or
"Ollydbg + breakpoints + dll" (again without the quotes) I got 732 hits.

and stop being completely lazy.
