Hi,

unfortunately my system completely locks up when I want to debug a DirectX
application and encountered a breakpoint. I am using WinME and Catalyst 3.1.

Anybody else got this problem and/or knows a solution for that?

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I forgot: I am using OllyDBG 1.09b. I have this with every application.

Try it:
Download 'St4rsh1ps Unl1m1ted' from ***p://***.a_p__e__z_o_n__e.com (without underscores),
load 's_t__u_n.exe' (without underscores) into OllyDBG,
set a breakpoint on every 'Kernel32.ReadFile' and run it

On my system I get a blank, black screen and my whole system is locked-up. Even
Num-Lock doesn't work anymore.

Ollydbg isn't meant for DirectX applications. For that, you should really using something like SoftIce, which is designed for the job.
