When we do a crack, can we record to a specific position? when we close ollydbg we have to do all the steps again, which is troublesome sometimes. If we can save all the environment as a project, then we can continue our work next time without wasting time doing the previous routine.

If you just want to save you patched program to disk, then this is implemented already - just tell olly to save the executable to disk.

Note however that OllyDbg is a debugger, not some magic cracking tool, so cracking features may be ignored.

1. If you use CTRL+G - go to some address, it will be remember for next time, even if you must reanalise exe file
2. All breakpoints stay
3. All comments and labels stay.
4. Paper and pencil ;-)

Well if this is not enough please stop use Olly debugger and try to use softice for example. Or better - stop cracking. Best quality of good cracker is patience.

Patience is good. but efficiency makes you a better cracker. otherwise why we need develop new tools? I'm just suggesting an idea here. I'll do my cracking with or without the plugin.

Efficiency come like result of patience and work, which you need to invest in analyse routines and protection mechanisme again and again.

New tools are OK. But When someone start cracking with Olly debugger he lost feeling for real. Olly is simply too good. If you work with softice or old dos debug then you know what I mean. Ice have raw power but user interface is minimalistic. OK. Numega work more on functionality than on gui. Respect.

Today I use ice only for realy hard stuff (16 bit programs, dos, Hard lock protection, some new Exe protectors etc.)
