yesterday I meet Olly (2nd time) and we talked about OD 2.0 and other things.

about OD 2.0, I saw a pre-alpha version, the GUI it is the same (more or less) but is more customizable.

also the core is rewriten from scratch and also an emulation engine is in works

OD 2.0 will be released next year, so please dont ask when. you can use
OD 1.x very well for anything right now, so forget about OD 2.0

1.09c will come this week - mostly bugfixes.

ps. Olly is a great guy, he came ~250 km (twice, last year too) just for this meeting. Thanks Olly !

sometimes you can tell just by using someone's software, that they are a cool person - i will give a toast to olly when i go to have a beer tonight.

Give Olly our regards and a very big "thanks" for the best debugger ever made

I am sure that many programmers will be happy to help Olly coding Ollydb.
Why do not propose to Olly same help for example:
Program Analysis
Program coding
Program testing
….

heh yeah one of the best debuggers that i ve ever used far far better than the black box that is sice with luminous text in dos window for application debugging

if it is an application than olly is THE (TEH in l33t speak) debugger to use
and it is free no need to fetch it from somewhere

hip hip hurray and three cheers and high fives and whatever that human kind says for these occasions goes to oleh for bringing out the best and making it free

must be some kind of angel in disguise
