Whenever I try to debug a file in OllyDbg v1.09c, it tells me "Unable to open or execute file C:\Folder\program.exe", but still opens it fine and debugs fine. So this is just some useless (?) message box, does not appear in v1.09b though.

I'm using 1.09c and works fine. no open error neder with w98 or XP.
