For people using IDA 4.04 or older, I have
made a script to add parameters recognition
for win32 functions, you can get it at
frogsprint.cjb.net.

Isn't that site frogsprint not compatible with Internet Explorer? I logged on there a couple of times and it shows internet explorer logo being crossed out?

please could you give an alternate url with your IDA script tool?

thanks

O-lala!
Are you really so stupid you cannot figure how to load and use opera or netscape instead of your crappy M$IE crap? I mean, even if you'r really in a corporate environment where they would like to compel you to use overbloated M$IE... even then, there are MANY ways out of that crap and into a decent browser!

I don't think you should be allowed to download anything at all, I think +Frog's print is right in screwing boobos like you, uncapable to change browser if needs be - and needs be a lot... as you would know and understand if you had enough brain.

Errr... excuse me but pointing Netscape out as a substitute for IE just doesn't work for me. A long time ago, well... relatively long, I also preferred Nutscrape but I found it to be that Nutscrape just gets worse every version. Where IE hasn't crashed on me in quite a while.

Also Opera is a nice little browser, but I just don't like it all that much... still has some probs with some sites and other things. So, despite the fact that IE is a MS product and prolly bloated yeah it still IS one of the best browsers imo.

I just get annoyed by the fact that something can't be good just coz of the fact it's made by MS. Then also don't use windows2000/ME/Whistler...

There, just had to say this... nothing personal hehe

Hiya,

Instead of debating the vagaries of the various browsers ;-), perhaps you should all instead thank +Spath for this great script, which implements one of the main enhancements in the latest versions of IDA (at least those after v4.04 which most people have).

I have v4.1.5 myself so I can fully appreciate just how useful this really is.

At first I want to thank Spath for this great tool!

Second, I want to gratulate frogsprint for the great MS IE-protection, but if you are experienced enough you can try a workaround with the proxomitron. You can ban all MS-IE specific code and have got a IE with no extra functions...

I think MS-IE is for some things not as bad as all do say...

And IHMO MS has got the better concept in DHTML.

The all-Object model is easier to use and has more functionality the the Netscape-layer-model, cause the netscape-model must have fixed coordinates ....

PS: Again, many thanks to Spath !!!!
