Theres a file Id like to decrypt on my hard drive, another program decrypts it, but doesnt save the decrypted version anywhere on the HD or anything (it just stores it in memory i guess)

Are there any tutorials to decrypt files like these?

Decryption is not as easy as U mentioned ! First, U need to know what kinda algorithem the ENC is ?
What I got from UR post is U have a Cipher File not EXE ?
And the DEC/ENCryptor program decrypts that file in mem ?
