my friend said it should show something else in the plugin menu, i only get

Terry go to Options ---> Appearance ---> Directories and check the PLUGINS path ; in your case past the following
"C:\Olly\Plugins " (without comma)
on the plugins path.

make your self plugins folder on olly's folder
and change the plugin path as arjuns told you how

then add plugins to that folder you've created
that will be nice and clean
