is there anywhere a plugin list with links where to DL and maybe some description?

im looking for a plugin which lets me save the changes i did in olly to the exe file. search doesnt work for this forum and looking through the posts i cound not find anything like that.

right click-->copy to executable--->save file in the new window that pops up

ha okay i didnt see that only saw copy > one
