Now the original Dongle is killed. What should i do? I have only the dump from the Safekey Tool. Is there anyone a emulator, who accept the Safekey Dump? How can i write the original Contest into the Dongle back?? The S@ntinel Medic Tool dont recorgnize the Dongle anymore...

Please help me. I have "learn" to much of Dongles

Sorry for my bad english

Your posts probably were not deleted, that is not done here unless you are spamming or just a hack trying to wreak havoc and call everyone a bunch of motherf**kers, the board has not been stable lately and many posts have been lost, as for your question - I find it hard to believe that any dongle dumper has the means or intent to wipe the flash memory in your dongle - are you sure that the dongle hasn't physically been damaged - bent pins etc..... assuming your dump is complete then reading back to the dongle probably is possible.

What was "other tool from Net" and what did you do with it? - that's probably the culprit.

Another thought, try reinstalling your dongle driver.

Actually, several of your previous Threads WERE deleted because you failed to follow the Posting Guidelines, clearly outlined in the FAQ.

Most particularily, you fail to mention what YOU have done to attempt to solve YOUR problem. Here, again, you simply indicate you have "nuked" the dongle and you want someone to tell you a tool to use and "how to do it" to restore a previous dump back to your dongle.

This is, on it's face, both a "tool request" which is not generally permitted here and, again, a failure to show any of your own research on "how it might be done." YOU are expected to do the research, and THEN you ask questions. If you can not or do not show you have attempted to research you own issue, then THIS THREAD WILL ALSO DISAPPEAR!

Like the man said!! - but I suspect you nuked the driver and not the dongle itself.

I have try it at 3 PCs. The Dongle seems not physically damaged. I have not opened it or kill a pin. I know this is a little bit a tool request, so if anybody can help me please send me private messages.

1st i have tried:
Read out the Dongle with Safekeys Tool. This Dump i have.

2nd (and last)
Try the Dr. Fuhrball Qbasic Programm.

There was one possible think, that can killed my dongle:
The Pinout of Dr. Fuhrrball didnt match. I have 5 Ics included the Microwire EEProm. Not 4

tell us exactly what happened. i am not familiar with the fuhrrball software - did you open the dongle and try to wire into it? if so, it's possible you could have killed it if you got the wiring wrong. in that case just buy one with your dump file. if you just used software to try to read it onto your pc it's very unlikely that you could have damaged it.

I have not opened it.
I have only used the Software from fuhrrball.

At Fuhrballs Side is the schematic from a Sent. C minus B. Is this one compatible to a Sent. C plus B ????

You havn't opened it? Is the case clear? Or am I misunderstanding you? There is a remote possibilty that if you are talking about pin-out the 5th pin is a Write Enable, but any software that could wipe it out would have to be capable of setting it to the "true" state.

ok, so does the dongle read properly using the safekey software? if not, it's quite likely it's a goner.

i'm a hw guy so I'd tell you to hook it up to +5v and check the supply current to make sure it isn't blown... but if safekey can't access it it doesn't look good for the poor dog. you can test your driver by attempting to read the undamaged dongle - if it can be read but the other one can't...
