I'm having a problem gettin Softice 4.15 to work on Windows Millenium. I've downloaded the Windows ME debugkit from Microsoft.com, but when I put IO.SYS in the root directory, my machine freezes on bootup. I think this would have somethin to do with my running GRUB on bootup, its a menu that lets me choose between Windows ME and Linux Mandrake 7.2, both on different partitions in different hard drives. Anyone had this problem? And if so, how did you fix it?

You also need to download the up-to-date version of debug and stick it in your Windows Directory.

and here's a step-by-step how to do it if that doesn't work.

Also forgot to mention that you need to rename that file to debug.exe once it's in your Win dir.
