I runned Olly today to carry on and crack a program but, surprise! F7 and F8 (step-by-step) are not working at all, and when I press Ctrl-F2 it's not doing a reloading of the victim, but shows me the Names in the exe file. Oh, and F2 (toggle breakpoints is not working neither). I erased Olly and installed it again but it didn't work. Any help is appreciated.

sure a service, look the service of games (securom, etc), or any service can make olly donīt work, without a service interference, olly work well, look for plugins too, try without plugins, and add one by one, for look who is the problematic plugin.

Thanks Ricardo, I checked the plugins, they are not a problem. I also disabled some services, restarted the computer, but it didn't work. I used a spy remover and registry mechanic but still nothing. Today I installed a damn game from UbiSoft, Paradise Sokal, and I suspect that's the problem. I uninstalled the game but nothing. I have no ideea what else could be or if it is a service, I don't know which one causes this problem. Anymore ideeas? Oh, and what's interesting, in windows explorer (It's XP Pro) F5 is not refreshing the screen, but changes the left side window to show different icon styles.

maybe a trojan o virus, or the system was affected, do you try download other fresh copy of olly in other folder?

Maaan, I have a new wireless Microsoft keyboard with lots of keys on it, it was just the key that called Microsoft Outlook. All I had to it was to press it again and I'm back in business. Many thanks Ricardo.
